I try to do my best to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Please always read the descriptions of the item carefully! Please note that colors represented on computer monitors - may differ slightly from the actual print. Every screen display images with slightly different color, depending on the settings.
If – for any reason – you are not satisfied with your purchase I’m happy to provide a full refund or exchange for goods in their original condition provided you contact us within 30 days of purchasing.
You can send the item(s) back to me (on your costs unfortunately) in adequate shipping protection and I will fully refund, or I exchange it.
Please note that custom orders are not refundable, they can only be exchanged for the same item in the event that there is an issue with shipping.
Due to the nature of my digital products (printable illustrations, printable calendars and desktop wallpapers) there are no refunds offered on purchases delivered electronically.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Orders are considered lost after five weeks have passed:
If your order gets stuck somewhere I need to allow five week before I can take further action. If your order does not arrive within this period I will re-ship it to you free of charge. Please note that only 1 free re-ship per order is allowed.
If your item is damaged during shipping I'm going to send you a new one. Please take a photograph of the damage, email it to me, and I’d be happy to replace the item.
If you need to cancel a payment before your item has been sent to you please send a message as soon as possible.
If the item has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, I can only refund you after the item has been returned. The refund will NOT include shipping cost, and only applies to cost of the purchase item.
